Kismet Club Terms of Participation for Live Calls and Recordings

Welcome to the Kismet Club, a community built on the belief that you can design your own destiny. Kismet means destiny, and you have the power to create yours. We stand behind empowering creators, builders, and entrepreneurs with the mindset, tools, and strategy to grow a business that supports your life, not consumes it.

We champion transparency, tech empowerment, and sustainable success. Through live calls, community spaces, tools, and templates, we help you take meaningful action. We also believe in amplifying the voices and stories of those who show up and do the work.

By participating in Kismet-hosted calls (including Explorer Calls, Creator Office Hours, and Builder Q&A Sessions), you agree to the following terms.

1. Participation and Recordings

All live calls within the Kismet Club are recorded. By attending a call, you acknowledge and agree:

Your voice, image, screen (if shared), and any comments or questions you contribute may be recorded.

Portions of these recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

✔️Social media clips

✔️ Community replays

✔️ Training content

✔️ Testimonials or highlight reels

We share clips to spread value, showcase transformation, and invite others into the experience.

If you prefer not to appear in any recordings, you may:

✔️ Leave your camera and mic off

✔️ Use the chat feature instead

✔️ Watch the replays instead of attending live

2. Respecting Proprietary Information

You are welcome to ask questions about your business, tools, or strategy. However, by participating in a live session, you acknowledge that:

✔️ You are voluntarily sharing in a public setting

✔️ You are not sharing protected or confidential trade secrets

✔️ Kismet Club, its host(s), and community members are not liable for the public nature of what you choose to share

If you have sensitive or proprietary information, please book a private session or VIP Day instead of sharing it during a group call.

3. Ownership of Content

All training materials, templates, recordings, and resources provided by the Kismet team remain the intellectual property of Kismet Ideas LLC. You may not repurpose, resell, or redistribute any materials outside of your personal or client use unless explicitly granted permission.

If you appear in a call, chat, or testimonial clip, you agree that Kismet Ideas LLC may use that content for promotional or educational purposes without additional compensation.

4. Community Conduct

This is a growth-focused space. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a call or community space if behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or misaligned with our values of collaboration and empowerment.
